I feel like I got hit by a bus this last week. I don't remember the last time I slept enough. I might have not slept one night. I'm too old for this.

So now I will use sleepyti.me to figure out when to go to bed and just do it! Nike-style. What is that you ask? It's a shoe brand... What that's not what you meant?

Sleepyti.me tells you four different times you should be asleep by to wake up refreshed in the morning. You just tell it when you want to wake up.

I told it 7am and got

10:00 PM or 11:30 PM or 1:00 AM or 2:30 AM

Side not so many typos that I have correct, at one point I tried to write "told" and typed "oltd" >facedesk< Am I in Texas yet?

  1. Your sleep cycle is 90 minutes long so any multiple of that would work (9 hours, 7.5 hours, etc.) So they say... but my problem is that when I go to bed is not the same as when I fell asleep!

  2. Yeah they say you need to factor that in and go to bed before the time you should be asleep.
