Leftover Fit-Food




So I decided to log my food from yesterday. I use myapex because up till about a year ago I wore a bodybug and I'm used to the interface. I'm playing with the idea of writing my own logging program as there are definite things I dislike about it and about Sparkspeoples' logger.

Anyways it's been almost a year since I last logged it. And the food I picked for this week, if I had stuck to it >blushes< (you caught me) would have been very close to the break down I'm aiming for. It's a bit low on protein. I'm thinking sliced ham instead of toast for my "midnight snack" will fix that problem. If you click on the picture it should take you to a larger readable view.
